About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior leaders, including the SVP/VP of Growth. This role is fast-paced and central to operations, requiring the ability to manage complex schedules across time zones, coordinate travel, handle sensitive information with discretion, and build strong internal relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and takes pride in efficient execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage packed calendars across time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for task completion.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting an Executive and/or senior management in a similar busy, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong planning, organization, and administration skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex international travel arrangements.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, diary management, record keeping, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, multitask effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language.
  • Ability to process sensitive and complex material, analyze and filter information into a presentable and logical format while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach.
