About the Role

We run a fast growing modern HealthTech platform that is fully serverless, regulated, and serves real patients with real impact. You are a React frontend engineer focused on innovation, building and shipping new product experiences quickly, evaluating emerging technologies pragmatically, and turning complex AI capabilities into intuitive interfaces used in production. You will work on AI powered user experiences, frontend architectures, workflows, and scalable product systems in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

Build high impact React applications and MVPs with fast iteration cycles
Develop AI powered user experience using modern LLMs capabilities
Create intuitive workflows for healthcare professionals and patients
Build interfaces around OCR, speech, automation, and real time interactions
Improve frontend reliability, observability, and performance across systems
Contribute to product direction, UX decisions, and future platform capabilities

Requirements

Building interfaces that stay maintainable as complexity grows
Pragmatic engineering instead of overengineering
Fast iteration without creating fragile user experiences
Ownership beyond isolated components or tickets
Clean UX and thoughtful interaction design
Understanding product impact, not just implementation details
Evaluating new technologies critically instead of following hype
