About the Role

As our German Copywriter, you will be responsible for Juniper's voice in our fastest-growing market. You will write everything from campaign concepts and VO scripts to landing pages, emails, and in-app content. You will work at the intersection of brand and performance, bringing creative ideas to life while ensuring our messaging is consistent, engaging, and clinically credible. This role is managed by our Creative Lead in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the tone of voice and glossary for product and brand, taking responsibility for them.
  • Write clear, empathetic copy with personality, setting the highest standard for all German market copy.
  • Develop new ideas based on insights and collaborate with the creative team to incorporate them into campaign concepts and scripts.
  • Support the acquisition team with briefs for various channels (Ads, Landing Pages, Emails, Articles, Press Releases, App, Website, etc.).
  • Develop ideas and support creation for performance marketing and all other owned media channels.
  • Shape the messaging and positioning for new Eucalyptus products, campaigns, initiatives, and features.

Requirements

  • More than four years of experience as a German Copywriter in an agency, in-house team, or as a freelancer.
  • Native German speaker with advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid experience with creative development processes, from concepts and ideas to creation and execution.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present copy and ideas in response to briefs.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to persuade key stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to bring people along on a journey, ensuring they understand changes and their reasons.
