About the Role
Investment Banking will host a 3-day Summer Workshop. Participants will learn about investment banking through teach-in sessions and engage in financial and company analysis assignments, receiving feedback from the team.

Requirements
- Native level Japanese and business level English
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Expected graduation date between April 2027 and March 2028 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
- Ability to attend the entire interview process and Summer Workshop in our Tokyo office
