About the Role
The Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) is a 2-year program designed to develop professional skills as a corporate analyst. The 1-day Summer Workshop offers insights into the program, project examples, departmental understanding, and J.P. Morgan's culture.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge and understanding of the Corporate Analyst Development Program (Operations) at J.P. Morgan.
- Network with fellow participants and employees at J.P. Morgan.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Native or fluent level of Japanese and business level English language skills.
- Expected graduation date between April 2027 and March 2028 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Must have the right to work for J.P. Morgan in Japan on a full-time basis.
- Ability to attend the entire interview process and Summer Workshop in the Tokyo office.
