About the Role
This 3-day Summer Workshop offers participants the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Payments business at J.P. Morgan, learn about the critical services delivered, and network with fellow participants and employees. The Payments division provides strategic advisory and support to Japanese and foreign firms operating in Japan, leveraging global experience and a strong cash management infrastructure. They also focus on digitalization through technologies like API and blockchain.

Requirements
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Native or Fluent level of Japanese and business level English language skills
- Expected graduation date between April 2027 and March 2028 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
- Ability to attend the entire interview process and Summer Workshop in the Tokyo office
