About the Role

This role offers a rare opportunity to accelerate your career at the intersection of venture and growth investing. You will combine the analytical rigor of top-tier investing with the speed and ambition of working directly with Europe’s most ambitious founders and fast-scaling technology companies within one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms. You will take full ownership from day one, driving the analysis behind growth-stage investments and working closely with founders as they scale their businesses.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, valuation, and commercial due diligence on growth-stage opportunities.
Build operating models, run returns and scenario analyses, and stress-test investment theses.
Draft Investment Committee memos that translate diligence into clear, defensible recommendations on market, unit economics, competitive position, and risk.
Develop sector theses, map markets, and engage with high-quality growth-stage founders and operators across Europe.
Work with founders on financial planning, KPI frameworks, follow-on financings, and exit preparation.

Requirements

1-3 years full-time experience in growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting.
Advanced financial modelling skills.
Fluency with SaaS, marketplace, and consumer metrics.
Ability to dissect financial statements with precision.
Ability to form and defend a view on a company, a market, or a thesis.
Top academic background.
Decisive operator mindset with the ownership to drive workstreams under deal timelines.
Early relationships across European tech, finance, and the investor community, and the appetite to build many more.
Presence to inspire trust with founders, teams, and investors alike.
