About the Role

You will own a book of approximately 100 existing Enterprise customers in the Northeast, representing about $4M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your success will be measured by customer adoption speed, renewal rates, and growth within your accounts. This role requires managing a high volume of accounts, proactively identifying renewal risks, and uncovering new use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer adoption and depth of use for existing products.
  • Ensure secure renewals, capture multi-year contracts, and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base.
  • Partner with Account Executives to manage expansion deals that grow large enough to require dedicated focus.
  • Source, set up, and cleanly hand off expansion opportunities to AEs.
  • Maintain ownership of customer relationships throughout the expansion process.
  • Accurately forecast renewals and capture them early.
  • Consistently generate expansion across the entire customer book.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of carrying retention and expansion targets.
  • Discipline to manage a broad portfolio of accounts, prioritizing effectively.
  • Clear and direct communication skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience selling or supporting IT, security, or remote-connectivity software.
  • History of partnering with AEs or sales counterparts on larger deals.
  • Experience with multi-year and multi-product expansion.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
