About the Role
This full-time, remote role at Villa & House involves shaping the brand's online presence with precision, creativity, and impact. The Ecommerce Coordinator will drive results through attention to detail in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless order processing and careful handling of inquiries
- Collaborate with external vendors to align products, images, and details with the brand story
- Build and maintain product sheets for online partners
- Manage image and data assets
- Merchandise digital storefronts to maximize visual appeal and performance
- Send notifications about restocks and discontinued items
- Analyze partner site performance to uncover sales opportunities
- Track inventory trends and forecast demand
- Support the growth of eCommerce partnerships
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prior experience in eCommerce environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with product merchandising (preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics (preferred)
- Versatile, proactive team player eager to learn and contribute
