Responsibilities

  • Recommend loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
  • Seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
  • Conduct sales calls.
  • Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
  • Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of professional experience with a university/college degree, or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
