Responsibilities
- Recommend loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
- Conduct sales calls.
- Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
- Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of professional experience with a university/college degree, or successful completion of a formal development program.
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
