About the Role

This role involves taking on the overall commercial responsibility for associated companies, serving as the primary contact for finances and cash flows within the group. The position offers the potential for growth into management roles within subsidiary or property companies.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall commercial responsibility for associated companies and act as the primary contact for finances and cash flows.
• Plan and manage liquidity, allocate financial resources for associated companies, and monitor bank accounts.
• Manage the significant cash flows of the corporate group.
• Prepare and negotiate financing agreements with banks.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for external tax advisors and actively participate in ongoing financial accounting.
• Monitor rental income.
• Lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• Serve as a competent contact and sparring partner for management and managing directors of associated companies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable position, such as Treasurer.
• Ideally, professional experience in the real estate industry.
• Good understanding of accounting, including practical experience with financial statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• Solid understanding of contract management or practical experience in this area.
• Legal understanding and knowledge of real estate law are a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German.
• Extreme reliability and discretion are essential due to the responsibilities involved.
