About the Role
Project Coordinators provide administrative support to the operations team, including Sales, Construction, Warranty, and Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Process sales contracts and closings
- Manage and apply for all building permits, working with local municipalities
- Document, track, and report on all building permit and start activities
- Coordinate meetings and team events
- Maintain accurate electronic files for each home
- Pay invoices and utility bills
- Order supplies
- Provide additional support as needed
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as a member of a dynamic team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to deal effectively with numerous interruptions
- Drive to get results from vendors, subcontractors, and management
- Lack of phone reluctance
- Strong customer service skills
