About the Role

This high-impact internship supports the HelloFresh President and Executive Office. The intern will function as a technical force multiplier, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork to amplify output and accelerate special projects. The ideal candidate is an AI power user who can rapidly translate vision into functional tools and automated workflows, demonstrating how AI can compress the time between idea and execution.

Responsibilities

Amplify the President’s impact by rapidly prototyping tools and automating workflows for the Executive Office.
Use Claude Code and Cowork to build autonomous agents and scripts, eliminating manual bottlenecks in executive operations.
Build "live" demos and proof-of-concepts for the President to champion AI adoption across the organization.
Apply "vibe coding" principles to build, test, and iterate on internal tools with agility and minimal formal specifications.
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.

Requirements

Intimately familiar with LLMs and prompt engineering, specifically using agentic tools like Claude Code to build software and automate tasks.
Thrive in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing completion over perfection and adapting quickly to executive feedback.
Passionate about AI's future, capable of demonstrating its power to technical and non-technical leaders through working products.
Proactive builder who can take a high-level goal and deliver a functional solution without extensive documentation.
Outcome-oriented, focusing on user experience to ensure intuitive tools that solve problems effectively.
Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience using Claude (Code/Cowork), GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development environments.
Strong foundational skills in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Portfolio demonstrating projects where AI was used to accelerate development or automate complex processes.
Ability to work intuitively and rapidly, translating high-level executive goals into functional tools with speed and agility.
