About the Role
Little Ruby’s is seeking experienced Servers to join our team in New York City. We are a neighborhood café known for our Australian-inspired menu, all-day dining, and high-volume service. We are looking for friendly, efficient, and hospitality-driven individuals who can stay organized and deliver great service under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Process payments accurately and follow all service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant
- Experience in café-style or all-day dining environments preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
