About the Role

The People team manages human resources and employee experience, overseeing talent acquisition, HR policies, compensation, benefits, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is crucial for enhancing the Firm’s recruitment function to be best in class, requiring excellent client relationship management and professional presence.

Responsibilities

  • Think creatively, strategically, commercially, and competitively to hire top talent and ensure long-term strategic fit.
  • Support planning, implementation, and execution of the summer associate program, including organizing events, managing budget, and integrating summer associates.
  • Facilitate and support the feedback, review, and offer process; oversee the mentoring program.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, manage data, and prepare relevant reports and presentations.
  • Build and partner with key contacts within business and HR functions.
  • Support planning and execution of the interview season, tracking and managing entry-level candidates from application screening to offers.
  • Serve as the Firm’s relationship manager with law schools, organizing and planning outreach activities and sponsorships.
  • Facilitate internal and external presentations for on-campus visits and internal trainings.
  • Ensure a consistent on-brand message is conveyed to recruits, reflecting the Firm’s values.
  • Work with the team on special projects as needed.

  • Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop, or other Talent Management Systems.
