About the Role
As a proactive and enthusiastic Business Technology Analyst, you will join our IT support team to ensure our people have the technology they need to succeed. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues while gaining hands-on experience in security and strategic IT projects. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries, providing prompt assistance and accurate triage for end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues across software and hardware, ensuring a seamless experience for the entire team.
- Onboard new employees by configuring equipment and software, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- Collaborate with the workplace team to manage in-office technology needs and support a high-performing physical environment.
- Take ownership of specific IT projects and tasks, applying a self-starting approach to enhance internal systems.
- Document technical processes and research findings to build a robust knowledge base for the team.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or bring an equivalent foundational understanding of networks and security.
- Be a natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Bring an ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, with an eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, evolving IT landscape.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, possessing the interpersonal skills to support colleagues with patience and empathy.
