About the Role
Solution Consultants (SC) are specialists who primarily support pre-sales activities. Leveraging deep expertise in Chemistry and strong commercial understanding, they collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, design optimal solutions, and deliver value-demonstrating demos. For post-sales, they partner with Customer Success Managers (CSM) when specialized knowledge is required, assisting with complex technical challenges and training. As they do not handle day-to-day customer management, they are expected to build trust quickly and play a crucial role in both sales and customer success.
