About the Role
Solution Consultants (SC) are experts who primarily support pre-sales activities. Leveraging deep expertise in Chemistry and strong commercial understanding, they collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, design optimal solutions, and deliver value-demonstrating demos. For post-sales, they partner with Customer Success Managers (CSM) when specialized knowledge is required, assisting with complex technical challenges and training. As they do not handle day-to-day customer management, they are expected to build trust quickly and play a crucial role in both sales and customer success.

- Deliver product demonstrations and workshops that connect product features to business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in sales strategy and solution design, leveraging specialized knowledge.
- Respond to escalations from CSMs, providing advanced technical support for Chemistry solutions.
- Utilize deep product knowledge to drive adoption, optimize usage, and address complex customer questions.
- Conduct advanced demos, technical deep dives, and workshops as needed.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, Advanced Data Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams, providing feedback for product improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and new technologies.
- Create processes and materials to enhance the pre-sales/post-sales experience.

- Develop and execute success plans, defining customer goals, value milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor customer health (e.g., usage, adoption, engagement, NPS), proactively addressing risks and driving retention.
