About the Role

Rothschild & Co provides impartial, expert advice to large and mid-sized corporations, private equity, families, entrepreneurs, and governments. The Real Estate team is a leading advisor across European real estate, offering comprehensive advisory expertise across different sub-sectors and products like M&A, debt, and equity. We work on a diverse range of public and private transactions, focusing on M&A and financing advisory.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Work on and assist with multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously.
Develop and maintain financial models.
Prepare and review financial analyses, client presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
Update industry databases and credentials.
Work on a broad range of transactions (sell-side/buy-side, public/private).
Support the team’s business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in Investment Banking M&A, with Real Estate exposure preferred.
Understanding of financial statement analysis.
Familiarity with real estate concepts.
Proficiency in financial modeling.
Proven quantitative and analytical skills to develop and review valuation analyses and financial models (incl. DCF, LBO, merger models, etc.).
Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant data platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
