About the Role

This entry-level position is part of an intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program. Under mentor guidance, trainees will learn transportation industry principles, efficient cross-dock operations, effective leadership communication, and relationship building skills, preparing them for an initial leadership/supervisory role in operations. Relocation to another facility is required upon program completion for the first leadership role.

Responsibilities

Complete the leadership training program, including guided and independent study.
Interface daily with Support Center and Service Center associates during training.
Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related work experience.
Acceptable driving history aligning with company standards.
Flexibility and readiness to relocate as needed.
