About the Role

This entry-level position is part of an intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program. Under mentor guidance, trainees will learn transportation industry principles, efficient cross-dock operations, effective leadership communication, and relationship building skills, preparing them for an initial leadership/supervisory role in operations. Relocation to another facility is required upon program completion for the first leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the leadership training program, including guided and independent study.
  • Interface daily with Support Center and Service Center associates during training.
  • Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
  • Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related work experience.
  • Acceptable driving history aligning with company standards.
  • Flexibility and readiness to relocate as needed.
