About the Role

Our vital and growing firm has an opportunity for an experienced drain technician dispatcher. Using their experience and expertise, along with our in-house resources and processes, they will optimize the use of our drain technicians and satisfy the needs of our numerous customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform in all aspects of dispatch and supervisor work.
• Analyze service requests, dispatch, and supervise the team of drain technicians.
• Manage all service job metrics, including response time, proper call completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate technicians to maximize productivity and enhance work and sales skills.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Document team productivity and results using in-house software.
• Perform mid-year and annual performance evaluations.
• Be present for, and sometimes lead, management and team meetings.

Requirements

• A documented and verifiable resume of experience in the dispatch and supervisor role.
• Able to lead by example, exhibiting understanding, knowledge, and professionalism.
• Able to think strategically and execute day-to-day objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.
• Able to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining focused on the ultimate objective.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Minimum five years of management experience.
• Industry Experience is a plus.
