- Onboarding new employees

- Assisting with performance management processes
- Assisting with employee relations initiatives
- Supporting initiatives that foster a positive work environment
- Supporting initiatives that help resolve workplace concerns
- Participating in performance review processes
- Analyzing feedback and development plans
- Assisting with recruiting efforts
- Assisting with candidate screening
- Assisting with new hire orientation
- Coordinating learning programs
- Tracking employee development metrics
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies through audits and documentation
- Collaborating across teams to support HR projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field with relevant coursework at an accredited university
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-centric focus and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated accountability and a proactive approach to completing assignments and taking on new challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills

- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and professionalism
