About the Role

At BHG Fotografiska Berlin, we curate unforgettable experiences. We are looking for an exceptional Events Operations Manager to join us as a great coordinator, an events expert, and a true leader to breathe life into our unique spaces. In this role, you are responsible for orchestrating the energy, flow, and structural execution of every gathering we host, ensuring our signature blend of art, culture, and world-class service is seamlessly realized in every detail.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the energy, flow, and structural execution of every event.
  • Lead a dedicated internal team.
  • Work side-by-side with a curated network of talented freelancers and agency partners.
  • Host conferences, flying dinners, movie premiers, award ceremonies, yoga classes, gala dinners and anything in between.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in event operations management, ideally honed within the luxury hotel, premium hospitality, cultural, or high-end event sectors.
  • Commanding organizational skills and an intuitive, solutions-oriented mind that excels at complex problem-solving.
  • Ability to choreograph multiple complex events simultaneously in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, cost controls, and sharp, relationship-driven vendor negotiations.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to build deep, trusting relationships with sophisticated clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Berlin’s specific event regulations, licensing laws, and safety standards.
