About the Role
You will ensure operational excellence by managing day-to-day campus activities, supporting community building, and maintaining the underlying systems and integrations that power our AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and facility/tech checks at the Merantix AI Campus.
- Provide support to members, including ticket resolution and community communications.
- Partner with the Operations & Events Associate to organize and deliver campus and partner events.
- Maintain and improve operational infrastructure, including visitor management platforms and IT systems.
- Drive data accuracy and process efficiency by documenting workflows and updating dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and AI tools.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, events, or office management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technically inclined with comfort using digital tools and systems.
- Understanding of basic networking and APIs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical service providers.
- Available for a full-time, fully on-site role in Berlin from July through September 2026.
