About the Role
The Service Coordinator is responsible for the efficient scheduling of technical resources and assignments, utilizing ticketing and other systems to coordinate, communicate, and execute a daily plan that meets client requirements. This customer-facing position must create a customer-centric experience that promotes the company's trusted brand.
Responsibilities
- Perform service coordination, including daily scheduling for service calls, inspections, and repairs/installs (scheduling labor, client communication).
- Maintain technician schedules, ensuring effective utilization of resources, subcontractors, and equipment rentals to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Relay schedule and service details to technicians.
- Understand contracts and service billing to ensure accurate work orders and timely invoicing, escalating discrepancies to Service Coordinator II or Team Lead.
- Deliver and maintain response times within guaranteed windows and send post-service reports.
- Problem-solve by corresponding with clients, defining requirements, and anticipating unstated needs.
- Provide ongoing two-way communication between the customer and the Service team.
- Communicate service capabilities and offerings to the customer.
- Obtain purchase orders from customers as needed.
- Escalate customer complaints to the Service Coordinator II or Team Lead.
- Create positive impressions and develop professional client relationships through professional appearance, behavior, and attitude.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements

- May be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet).
- Required to be on site with customers or contractors to manage expectations and deliverables.
- Driving to customer sites is required.
- Limited overnight travel may be required.

- $45,000 - $66,000 (DOE)
