About the Role
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done by providing an AI-native workspace for legal professionals. Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to scale platform use.
- Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to manage client relationships, from running pilots to onboarding new members and guiding firm-wide adoption.
- Serve as the voice of tax and legal advisory users within Legora, informing product development and strategic direction with user insights.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to various stakeholders, showcasing the platform's capabilities.
- Document best practices from professional services firms and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks.
- Assist tax and legal advisory teams in navigating the impact of AI on professional services, including evaluating ROI and competitive advantage.
- Help shape the evolution of the client solutions function globally.
Requirements
- Background in tax and legal advisory, with a desire to improve existing processes.
- Experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice, ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives.
- Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable navigating technical conversations around generative AI, technology implementation, innovation, and productivity.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, including tax partners, consulting leaders, lawyers, and engineers.
- Skill in bringing structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity.
- Understanding of how to evaluate and improve existing processes using new technologies.
- Proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Focus on quality and timely delivery, with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of the commercial realities of professional services, including efficient team leverage, client value demonstration, and managing complex matters.
