About the Role
Join a leading e-health company to design, develop, and operate modern web applications across a diverse SaaS portfolio. You will integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences, leveraging LLMs and structured workflows to improve healthcare outcomes for doctors, practice teams, and patients. You will work across the full stack and DevOps layers, focusing on reliability, security, and developer productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and operate modern web applications across the SaaS portfolio
- Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval, and structured workflows
- Design and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity
- Collaborate with the team to build and expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses
- Work closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams
- Elevate engineering and AI-engineering quality and establish best practices for agentic applications
- Maintain a user-centric approach to understand healthcare workflows
- Apply an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development
Requirements
- Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications
- Deep expertise in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python)
- Ideally possess end-to-end responsibility experience in a product context
- Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field with above-average performance
- Proven practical experience with core technologies including React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD)
- Experience with LLM tools such as Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK, or MCP is a strong plus
- Demonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools and AI pipeline design
- Negotiation-proof German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills, innovation drive, and high proactivity
