About the Role

In the Digital Energy End User Projects business, our mission is to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. We are world-leaders in digital transformation, providing customer-centric solutions, software, and services. This role leads the Commissioning team for Building Management Systems projects, managing a significant customer portfolio, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of Commissioning & Engineering professionals
Promote business-wide Health & Safety initiatives, taking responsibility for site audits and compliance
Acting as a true partner to our customers, dedicated to understanding and exceeding their expectations
Taking full responsibility of regional workforce planning
Delivery of multiple concurrent live projects

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of successful delivery of construction projects
Proven leadership skills and comfort managing a team
Comfort with budget management and demonstrable knowledge of financial processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in a matrix organization
Experience in the BMS or access control industry is a plus, but relevant transferable skills are valued
