About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated working student to join our People & Culture Team to support us with operational HR processes and strategic projects. You will be involved in topics such as onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and the optimization of our HR systems. You will be a valuable team member from day one, taking ownership of your own projects and helping to build our HR infrastructure for future growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively support the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including template creation and ATS maintenance.
- Assist with general HR tasks and proactively track important deadlines and compliance matters.
- Actively contribute to key People & Culture projects, including: supporting risk assessments and company pension processes, assisting with performance achievement measures, improving internal knowledge management logic and structure, and optimizing HR workflows in our systems (Personio/Ashby).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a program with at least one more year of study remaining.
- Ideally possess initial practical HR experience (e.g., through an internship).
- Demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality, proactive thinking, and highly structured and meticulous work habits, especially in deadline management.
- Show interest and understanding of HR systems (like Personio/HiBob) to effectively contribute to process optimization.
- Excellent written German and English communication skills.
- Exhibit confident and appreciative internal communication.
- Enjoy close teamwork and maintain an overview of complex administrative tasks.
