About the Role

This role involves developing and applying health economic models and tools to generate business insights and demonstrate product value to stakeholders. The Associate Principal Scientist will support Value and Implementation teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners on integrated value evidence strategy, and work with HEOR teams to support market access, focusing on immunology products. The company is a research-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering innovative medicines and vaccines.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality global health economic models and tools to generate business insights and demonstrate product value.
Conduct analyses including epidemiology, cost-effectiveness, public health, and budget impact assessments.
Provide insights for developing and refining the integrated value evidence strategy from a health economics perspective.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate and synthesize evidence for economic models and value strategy.
Support adaptation and training of global health economic resources for HEDS Regional and local HEOR teams for HTA submissions and market access activities.
Disseminate health economic evidence via presentations at national and international congresses and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements

Proven experience in conceptualization, design, development, and dissemination of health economic analyses to support decision-making.
Strong experience in Health Economics Outcomes Research within the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, or a related organization.
Understanding of market access environments across major global markets (e.g., US, Canada, UK, EU4, China, Japan).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
