About the Role
The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is seeking a proactive and highly organised Resourcing Advisor to join their People & Culture Team. This role is key in attracting and recruiting professionals across various departments, supporting Hiring Managers with an end-to-end resourcing service. The Resourcing Advisor will coordinate daily resourcing activities, manage the candidate experience from role conception to onboarding, and support the rollout of a new HR Information System (Workday).
Responsibilities
- Act as a front-facing member of the Resourcing Team, assisting Hiring Managers with enquiries.
- Provide full recruitment support, including posting job adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, making job offers, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Develop creative approaches to attract talent by writing engaging job advertisements and content for various platforms.
- Schedule exit interviews with leavers in a timely manner.
- Ensure Recruitment Systems are utilized to their full functionality.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a Recruitment Team (in-house or agency).
- Previous experience in a front-facing, customer-focused recruitment role.
- Highly organised and efficient to manage multiple resourcing tasks concurrently.
- Experience using various direct sourcing methods, including job boards and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Must not require sponsorship.
