About the Role

Digital Client Care Assistants (Digi CCAs) are fundamental to the delivery of our digital triage service. They support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet and assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests. They work closely with our clinical team and Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses to ensure an exceptional client experience and a high standard of patient care. You’ll be part of building a cutting-edge service that supports and enhances in-clinic veterinary care.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with our Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses and in-clinic teams to support clients and patients at home, digitally
Assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests

Requirements

Proven track record of offering exceptional client service within a veterinary environment
Experienced within the veterinary industry or a related pet care sector (e.g., grooming, pet retail, rescue, or similar)
Confident handling sensitive conversations
