About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be part of our sales team, reporting directly to the Team Lead Sales. Your expertise in SME lending and sales in Germany will help clients find the right financing solutions through our credit partners. You will engage, acquire, and support SME clients throughout the loan application process, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage, acquire, and support SME clients throughout the loan application process.
- Actively acquire customers from our CRM (warm leads, no cold calls) to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Competently explain financing options available through partners and stay updated on industry trends, market, and competition.
- Build long-term partnerships with relevant clients and become their trusted advisor for future financing needs.
- Develop knowledge of corporate finance and gain a deep understanding of various lenders and products in the market.
- Actively manage relationships and processes with credit partners.
- Record status in all funnel stages in Salesforce.
- Actively share experiences within the organization with relevant stakeholders to enable improvements.
- Share customer feedback and own ideas to enhance the product.
Requirements
- Sales and consulting with potential customers is in your DNA.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in credit brokerage, financial consulting, or a customer-oriented sales role.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You work result-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed of execution.
- You are proactive and do not wait for instructions.
- You deliver customer service at the highest level.
- You are organized, analytical, and remain calm under pressure.
- You can resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- You are collaborative and can quickly build relationships with colleagues.
- You speak fluent and negotiation-proficient German and have good English skills.
