About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be part of our sales team, reporting directly to the Team Lead Sales. Your expertise in SME lending and sales in Germany will help customers find the right financing solutions through our credit partners. You will be responsible for customer engagement, acquisition, building trust, and managing partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Contact, engage, and support SME customers throughout the loan application process.
  • Actively acquire customers from CRM and other channels to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Confidently explain various financing options available to customers through our partners and stay updated on industry trends, market, and competition.
  • Build upon your knowledge of corporate finance and gain a deep understanding of the variety of lenders and products in the market.
  • Actively manage relationships and processes with our credit partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information at all sales stages in Salesforce.
  • Actively share experiences and successes through relevant communication channels with the broader organization.

Requirements

  • Sales and consulting experience, with active engagement with potential customers.
  • Experience in credit intermediation, financial consulting, or a customer-oriented sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed of execution.
  • Proactive approach to tasks and goal achievement.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborative and able to build relationships with colleagues quickly.
  • Fluent and negotiation-level German and good English language skills.
