About the Role

Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP) is seeking a Graduate Apprentice to join the FP&A team. This role supports financial planning and reporting for local production entities, acting as a key contact between Group and local Finance teams. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and contribute to key financial cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end close processes, including validations, cost center analysis, and management reporting.
  • Set up and roll forward reports for month-end and quarterly forecast cycles.
  • Automate month-end reports through report schedule setup.
  • Maintain the department calendar for key financial tasks and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with Group reporting timetables.
  • Consolidate management information from Opco forecast models.
  • Prepare and execute forecast data loads and validation processes into SAP and Adaptive.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining SAP AO reporting templates.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required.
  • Ensure seamless availability of accurate reports for management.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements

  • Solid GCSE and A-Levels, or equivalent, including Maths.
  • A business or science-based degree course.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or business, or an AAT Professional Diploma (Level 4).
  • Intention to become a qualified Accountant (CIMA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Highly numerate with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written presentation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Some exposure to PowerPoint preferred.
  • Well-organized and disciplined with the ability to prioritize workloads and use time effectively.
  • Confident, self-motivated, able to demonstrate initiative, and work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
