About the Role
Join our national R&D team, an entrepreneurial business line with a spirit and culture that people enjoy. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to provide ideas and support to a portfolio of large and complex clients, engaging in rewarding R&D tax incentives and relief advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect for, and deliver support and advice in respect of R&D tax credits to existing and new clients.
- Advise clients on the quantum of claims, identify and analyze qualifying expenditure, and prepare claims for submission to HMRC.
- Engage in business development by utilizing specialist R&D tax expertise to identify new opportunities for claims.
- Leverage your network of potential clients and intermediaries to secure new business.
Requirements
- Significant R&D tax experience in the IT/Software industry with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of HMRC claim review processes and qualifying R&D activities.
- Understanding of UK and International businesses and R&D tax service delivery.
- Proven track record in business development and winning new business.
- Technically capable of managing complex client work.
- Experience in managing people and clients.
- Project management experience.
- Experience dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders.
