About the Role

We are seeking a client-facing Instructor to deliver a new corporate training program focused on helping companies effectively adopt AI tools, particularly OpenAI Codex and frontier AI platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial maturity, enabling you to teach professionals how to leverage AI for coding, productivity, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging workshops and training sessions on AI tools and concepts.
  • Teach learners how to use Codex for practical software engineering tasks.
  • Introduce learners to OpenAI’s frontier model ecosystem and capabilities.
  • Lead training sessions confidently for diverse audiences, including technical and business stakeholders.
  • Adapt training content to suit client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Build and deliver live demonstrations showcasing AI tool applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and desired outcomes.
  • Support learners, troubleshoot issues, and foster confidence in using AI tools.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide recommendations for continued adoption.
  • Educate on practical considerations for AI governance and responsible use.
  • Stay current with AI product updates and continuously improve course materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development, technical training, developer advocacy, AI implementation, digital transformation, or related technology consulting roles.
  • Strong hands-on familiarity with modern software development workflows (Git/GitHub, IDEs, command-line tools, debugging, testing, code review).
  • Practical understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, model selection, APIs, and agentic AI concepts.
  • Ability to teach how Codex supports software engineering tasks.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to teach, coach, mentor, or facilitate adult learners.
  • Able to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with fast-changing AI products and evolving course content.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence when working with corporate clients.
  • Ability to support learners from mixed backgrounds.
  • Comfortable delivering in-person, hybrid, and online workshops.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on learner experience and client outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate well within a diverse, cross-cultural team environment.
  • Comfortable using various collaboration and AI development tools.
