About the Role

As a network expert within Kyndryl's Network Services team, you will design, implement, and manage mission-critical network solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will create local and wide-area network solutions utilizing multiple platforms and protocols, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate vendor installations. Your responsibilities will include project implementation, planning, cost analysis, building proof-of-concept solutions, reviewing project requirements, and communicating them to the team. You will deliver high-quality technical solutions for implementation, go-live, and maintenance, focusing on IP and VOIP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create local and wide-area network solutions utilizing multiple platforms and protocols
• Troubleshoot network issues
• Coordinate with vendors to install hardware and software
• Work on project implementation
• Conduct project planning and cost analysis
• Build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology
• Review project requirements and communicate them accurately to the team
• Ensure project requirements are appropriately fulfilled
• Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP
• Provide high-quality technical solutions to customers for implementation, go-live, and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in network construction or operations projects
• Experience leading network or system infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in designing and building general network/voice infrastructure or traditional data center networks
