About the Role

As a network solutions expert within Kyndryl's Network Services team, you will provide technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle, designing and implementing local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols. You will troubleshoot network issues, coordinate vendor installations, and contribute to project implementation, planning, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create local and wide-area network solutions utilizing multiple platforms and protocols.
• Troubleshoot network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software.
• Work on project implementation.
• Conduct project planning and cost analysis.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.
• Review project requirements and communicate them accurately to the team.
• Ensure project requirements are appropriately fulfilled.
• Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP.
• Provide high-quality technical solutions to customers for implementation, go-live, and maintenance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 6+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
• Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
• Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
