About the Role
As a Product Manager for Loyalty & Customer Experience, you will evolve and scale a global loyalty ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering measurable value by connecting customer data, digital experiences, CRM, and in-store moments to drive sustained customer engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own clearly defined customer and business outcomes such as increased visit frequency and incremental revenue.
- Define success metrics and evaluate product performance using data and insights.
- Contribute to the loyalty product vision by identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on expected value and strategic alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization.
- Deliver scalable loyalty capabilities across mobile, web, CRM, and in-store channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including CRM, Merchandising, Technology, and Data.
- Influence stakeholders using data-backed storytelling and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with UX and research teams to improve conversion and engagement quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager owning digital products end-to-end.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Experience with customer-facing platforms such as mobile, web, CRM, or loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of KPIs related to engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to prioritize based on value and balance short-term wins with long-term impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Technical fluency with digital platforms, integrations, and data ecosystems.
