About the Role

Eucalyptus is seeking to expand its international presence, aiming to become the world's leading international consumer health platform. This role is central to evaluating, launching, and scaling operations in new global markets, driving the company's mission to make good health last a lifetime.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full due diligence process for new markets, including competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnership opportunities.
  • Synthesize market research into an investment thesis for leadership go/no-go decisions.
  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of a market launch, from local hiring to first patient acquisition.
  • Navigate complex systems, tools, and regulatory environments in new markets.
  • Build local teams, secure pharmacy partnerships, and manage workstreams to a world-class standard.
  • Own the P&L for launched markets, running experiments to improve funnels and making data-driven decisions.
  • Hire and develop local talent, holding them accountable to OKRs.
  • Identify opportunities to win in launched markets.

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments such as law, consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an Operator, preferably in a recent high-growth startup.
  • Ability to build commercial models from scratch, articulate assumptions, and defend them.
  • Quickly grasp market success factors, unit economics, and comparative market analysis.
  • Independently research new markets and produce clear, structured answers.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations with partners, suppliers, and pharma companies.
  • Proven ability to run complex cross-functional workstreams with accountability.
  • Strong communication skills, including writing investment theses and creating clear slide decks.
  • Operate with a founder mindset, demonstrating resilience and ownership.
  • Comfort with data analysis, including writing SQL queries and building dashboards (nice to have).
