About the Role

Partner closely with clients to help them unlock the full value of IQVIA’s products and services, building strong, trusted relationships and delivering outcomes that truly make a difference. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-impact insights in a dynamic, data-driven environment alongside recognised brands.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow strong relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients
• Resolve client queries with speed, ownership, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Analyse large pharmacy and grocery datasets to uncover trends and generate meaningful insights
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance client outcomes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Experience in retail Pharmacy and /or grocery / consumer sales industry ideal
• A confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A curious, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great service
• Experience working with data and the ability to use MS Office and Power BI to analyse, visualise and present data effectively
