About the Role

This role is ideal for a graduate with a background in accounting, finance, or business analytics, aiming to pursue a professional accounting designation. The graduate stream focuses on developing and deploying financial services skills and solutions with comprehensive on-the-job training covering financial and management accounting and financial analysis. The program involves rotations over 3 years across teams including Financial Control and Treasury, Corporate Finance, Faculty Finance, and Financial Planning, Analytics and Commercial.

Responsibilities

Gain exposure to complex and diversified tasks within each rotation.
Receive instrumental mentorship from leaders within the university Finance team.
Liaise with external consultants.
Undertake training opportunities.
Learn leading edge technology.

Requirements

Final-year students studying a relevant degree and major (completing studies by the end of 2026).
Maintained credit average minimum.
Relevant working rights for full-time employment in Australia.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the employment.
Successful completion of all pre-employment or background checks.
Declaration regarding investigation for, or engagement in, sexual harm or gender-based violence.
