About the Role

Support warehouse operations with a primary focus on Returns and Destruction activities, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and inventory control of clinical trial materials in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards. Support inbound receiving activities as needed and maintain warehouse compliance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse operations in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards.
  • Support Returns and Destruction activities including receipt, inspection, reconciliation, packaging, and documentation of returned clinical trial materials.
  • Prepare materials for destruction or transportation according to client instructions and internal procedures.
  • Complete required documentation and system updates accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and storage conditions for returned materials.
  • Support receiving activities as needed, including receipt and storage of incoming shipments.
  • Store materials under appropriate temperature and warehouse conditions.
  • Maintain warehouse and work areas in a clean, neat, and organized condition.
  • Report equipment or operational issues to management promptly.
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
  • Assist management with additional operational tasks as assigned.
  • Receive, inspect, and account for returned shipments and materials.
  • Reconcile returned inventory against system records and client instructions.
  • Prepare materials for destruction, return shipment, or storage.
  • Coordinate material handling activities in compliance with cGMP and client requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or related operational work preferred
  • Basic communication skills with internal teams and management
  • Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic English reading and writing skills preferred
