About the Role
The Team Coordinator is the engine room for the Technology Department, responsible for removing administrative friction and elevating the experience for engineers and product teams. This role partners with Office Experience Managers and technology leaders to handle operational logistics and manage the diaries of the Chief Technology & Product Officers.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate the operations of the technology team and manage meeting logistics, room bookings, and on-site guest requirements.
- Manage complex diaries, prioritizing meetings and time based on strategic objectives, and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, local transportation, itineraries, and travel packs, while proactively managing changes.
- Support office experience initiatives to build a positive employee experience through meaningful engagement events.
- Organize the Chief Technology Officers’ calendar including distributing pre-reads, presentation materials, taking notes, and ensuring meeting actions are communicated and followed up.
- Maintain the Technology Department’s internal information (Confluence) Slack channels, SharePoint sites and distribution lists to ensure information flows smoothly across time zones.
- Undertake special projects and lead the logistics for technology-specific events: Hackathons, Department meetings, and team events/offsites (catering, venue, AV setup).
- Support maintenance of the office space, ensuring the Product and Technology hub is functioning, tidy, and stocked.
- Deliver department experience improvement projects, maximizing employee internal engagement and culture within the Technology department.
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations; collating input for monthly department reports; and raising purchase orders.
Requirements
- 5-6 years’ experience in coordination, administration, project support, or office management role (ideally within a fast-paced environment).
- Experience working alongside global teams is highly regarded.
- Familiarity and interest in the technology space with the "rhythm" of a tech team (Agile, Sprints, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Process-Driven: You love creating a "system" for things, so they don't have to be managed manually every time.
- Accountable: You take pride in being the person the team can rely on to "just get it done."
