About the Role
The Digital Communications department of BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN is seeking an intern with a focus on Dialogue and Community Management for the period of July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. This role offers comprehensive insights into community management, moderation, network expansion, reporting, and analytics, with opportunities to explore editorial or production tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the active management and maintenance of online communities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms, including responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in building and expanding contacts with multipliers, communities, and digital actors.
- Support the monitoring of digital developments and dynamics.
- Assist in the creation of reports and channel evaluations.
- Support volunteer management.
- Conduct trend research and monitor current discourses, platform trends, and societal debates in the digital space.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, such as the editorial team, for recommendations.
Requirements
- At least two completed semesters of higher education.
- Interest in Green Party politics and identification with our values.
- Interest in political communication and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with common social media platforms.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, political environment.
- Students who must complete a mandatory internship as part of their studies.
