About the Role
Perk is seeking a People Advisor to leverage systems and AI for managing employee relations cases, improving casework insights, and proactively supporting business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is curious about technology integration, and has experience with international employee relations cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve ways of working across case management, data, and manager enablement using AI integration tools.
- Co-pilot with managers on handling performance, conduct, and probation cases, policy guidance, and changes to terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, providing high-quality support to managers.
- Ensure consistent application of people policies and the Perk approach across the region.
- Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags for early intervention.
- Ensure efficiency in case management and minimize case timelines.
- Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.
Requirements
- Curiosity to explore and build enhanced approaches to ways of working, ideally with experience in AI-first approaches.
- Strong judgment and ability to follow structured case processes, and act on sound judgment when alternative approaches are required.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes across Europe or the US.
- Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly with performance and conduct cases.
- Ability to organize, document, and track ER matters with accuracy.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
- English is the official language at the office.
