About the Role

The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Partnering with all Associates to support the Company’s customer service model, brand standards and operations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support business needs, shift coverage, and supervise Sales Associates in partnership with Store and Assistant Store Managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the Company's selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align behaviors to achieve them.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to climb a ladder.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
