About the Role
The Internal Audit Department is a unique position that provides a company-wide perspective. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and enhance your strategic thinking by interacting with all departments, including sales, product, claims, IT, finance, and operations. You will learn in close proximity to management, as audit reports are directly presented to senior leadership, allowing you to develop your ability to think strategically about the company's direction and strategies. Auditing is not just about checking; it's a proactive and constructive role where you can propose improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the internal audit plan.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify key audit areas and formulate the audit plan.
- Analyze business processes to identify inherent risks and controls, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Document audit findings and prepare reports for management, including findings, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.
- Support the overall improvement of company value by facilitating smooth communication with management and relevant departments regarding audit results and improvement plans.
- Adapt flexibly to various situations in a challenging environment.
- Contribute as a team member within and outside the department.
Requirements
- Experience or skills in planning/management roles such as corporate planning, finance, HR, systems, sales planning, or business process improvement, regardless of industry.
- Experience in planning, executing, reviewing, and improving projects.
- Logical thinking ability and skills in document creation and communication.
