About the Role

Seeking an AI Automation Specialist to help established businesses implement AI and automation in practical, measurable ways. This role requires building, deploying, testing, and improving AI-powered workflows within real business environments, not just providing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT within business environments, ideally using Team or Enterprise-level subscriptions.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Connect AI tools into daily operations to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Help businesses improve turnaround times, internal capacity, and overall efficiency.
• Design, test, and refine workflows that support real operational needs.
• Work with business teams to understand bottlenecks and turn them into practical automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, improve, and document workflows as they evolve.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in business settings.
• Experience with Team or Enterprise-level AI subscriptions is strongly preferred.
• Strong automation experience with n8n preferred; Zapier experience is also valuable.
• Ability to build practical workflows that solve real business problems.
• Comfort working independently in a remote contract role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into working systems.
• A bias toward implementation, testing, and iteration, not just recommendations.
